Dental & private medical

A website for dentists and clinics that turns browsers into booked appointments.

A six-page site built around one job: getting someone from search result to booked appointment without a phone call. On-page SEO, your hours and service area, and a booking flow that fills the chair.

What I'd recommend

Most people in your position start here: Site — Standard at £1,400 plus a booking flow at £700, or Site — Small at £400 if you only want one page live this week.

Add-ons that make sense here

Booking / reservation flow

£700

You own the domain, the site and the logins — no monthly rental for the build.

Half at the start, half when it's live.

More pages than that, or something that has to talk to your software, I quote after a 20-minute call.

A word on cold-calling and patient data

Dentists and clinics can't cold-call either. New patients come from search, from Google Maps, and from referrals — not from anyone approaching people who haven't asked.

What I build instead is a booking flow that takes the calls off your reception: someone finds you, sees your availability, and books without a member of staff picking up the phone to arrange it.

One honest disclaimer: I build the booking flow. Your own patient-data duties — consent, records, retention — are your responsibility, and you should confirm them with your own adviser. I am not anyone's compliance officer.

Questions specific to this niche

Will this replace my reception staff?
No — it takes routine bookings off the phone so reception has fewer calls to juggle, not zero calls. Anything urgent or unusual still needs a person.
Do you handle patient data compliance?
I build the booking flow itself. Consent, records and retention duties around patient data are your responsibility as the clinic — confirm the detail with your own adviser. I am not anyone's compliance officer.
